This program leverages practice-based learning and communities of care to equip individual clinicians and practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to enhance treatment outcomes and patient engagement through Measurement-Based Care (MBC).
Program Highlights
The program will focus on building a knowledge of "The Why" for measurement-based care. It will include how to select tools and build them into clinical practice. It will also address the underlying fears many clinicians face implementing measurement-based care.
