This program leverages practice-based learning and communities of care to equip individual clinicians and practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to enhance treatment outcomes and patient engagement through Measurement-Based Care (MBC).

Practice-based learning on key tools including scoring and interpretation. Discussions on using measurement data to inform treatment decisions  and interventions

Expert led Communities of Care coaching sessions. Discussions and sharing to facilitate shared learning and peer support
